Shipping - FAQ
Where do you ship to?
I currently ship to:
- The Netherlands
- European Union
- Selected international destinations
Available shipping options and costs are shown at checkout.
If your country isn't listed, feel free to email me and I'll see what's possible.
How long does it take to prepare my order?
All Little Popsy products are printed to order by me, in my own home studio.
Because everything is printed by order, please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be prepared before it ships.
For custom illustrations, please allow up to 5-6 weeks from ordering to delivery.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are shipped by standard (untracked) mail. Because of this, exact delivery dates can't be guaranteed.
Delivery usually takes:
- The Netherlands: 1-4 business days
- Europe: 3-10 business days
- North America: 1-4 weeks
- Australia & New Zealand: 2-6 weeks
- Asia & South America: 2-6 weeks
Please keep these timeframes in mind when ordering gifts or time-sensitive items.
Do you offer tracked shipping?
Standard shipping is untracked by default. Tracked shipping is available at checkout in eligible regions.
Prices depend on your region.
Tracked shipping is only FREE for Custom Building Illustration Commissions.
Will I receive a shipping confirmation?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email letting you know it's on its way.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on:
- Your location
- The size of your order
All shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
For orders shipped outside the European Union, custom fees or import taxes may apply.
These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, I have no control over these fees.
My order hasn't arrived - what should I do?
Postal delays can occasionally happen, especially during busy periods or holidays.
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery times:
- Please wait a few extra days
- Then feel free to email me at hello@littlepopsy.com
I'm always happy to help you look into it.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, I can usually update the address.
Please contact me as soon as possible - once an order has been shipped, changes are no longer possible.
Do you offer gift shopping?
Yes 💛
Orders can be sent directly to the recipient. Please add in your note that it's a gift. Prices are not included in the package, making Little Popsy items perfect for gifting.
