Can I return my order?
It depends on what you ordered.
- Art prints, postcards & other non-custom items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as they are unused and in their original condition.
- Custom illustrations are made especially for you and cannot be returned or refunded, unless there is a clear issues with the order.
If your return is accepted, I'll send instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
How do I start a return?

Please include:
- Your order number
- Your full name
- The item you'd like to return
- The reason for the return

Why can't custom illustrations be returned?
Custom illustrations are created specifically based on your photo and instructions. Because of this, they can't be resold or reused. That's why custom commissions are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please email me within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damage and packaging
I'll make sure we sort it out as quickly as possible.
What if there's a mistake with my order?
If you received the wrong item or there's a production error, please contact me as soon as possible and I'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Can I cancel my order?
- Non-custom items: You can cancel your order before it has been shipped.
- Custom illustrations: Orders usually cannot be cancelled once work has started.
If you're unsure, just send me a message. The sooner you reach out, the better.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, return shipping costs are normally the responsibility of the customer, unless specifically agreed.
I recommend using a tracked shipping method so your return arrives safely.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received and approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Please note that banks and payment providers may take a little extra time to process the refund.
Are shipping costs refunded?
Original shipping costs are not refundable.
Can I exchange an item?
At the moment, I don't offer direct exchanges.
If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.
